Reality Sets In

Cliff

Picture me, standing on the edge of that cliff……..or wait, stepping over the edge. That’s how I’m feeling right now. I have the courage and determination to DO THIS, but reality is setting in. Taxes, daycare rates going up, not enough time - those on top of the rest of the pile. Thanks for all the support yesterday because oh.my.god will I need it. Staying strong……….

Kate- stay strong- it is always so difficult in the Spring of the year. I feel for you- thanks so much for your positive support during Thursday’s workshop at CESA- I appreciate your expertise and thoughtful comments which help guided our conversations throughout the day- when others were reluctant to share- or were still stunted from the morning presenter’s presentation on swocial networking.

Hang in there, lady!

If this helps: remember that nothing is permanent. You’re freeing up room to do bigger and better things. I’ll wager that a year from now, you’ll be so deeply into those things that you’ll look back on the stress you feel now and just smile.

@Naomi - I thought the workshop on Thursday was excellent and as I said then, it was a tough sell by the afternoon. I really enjoyed using the clickers (can’t remember the real name for them!) and the interactivities you had in your session, it made it very enjoyable. Thanks for your support here :-)

@Tim - You know what? I agree with you and am counting on you being right. I always say “no regrets” but it’s way easier when I don’t have to even think about regretting past actions!

@Michelle and @Talia - Thanks so much for keeping my morale up during this pretty scary experience!
